The goal of Women in Distilling is to showcase the diversity of the spirits industry while bringing to light how successful women and other under-represented groups can be within beverage alcohol.
To achieve this, I’ve been highlighting a wide range of women and their accomplishments while also delivering roundups of woman-run businesses.
The blog won Double Platinum from the Ascot Awards in 2023.

CORE COMMISSIONS BLOGS
As a way to boost organic traffic to the website and increase conversions, I researched common relevant search terms for the commission industry and developed blog posts packed with keywords.
As a result, we increased organic traffic but I was also able to generate a Google Knowledge Panel with at least one, if not more, of these blog topics.
PACIFIC FOODS BLOG
I collaborated with our agency to identify high-opportunity search terms. We outsourced research and writing to a firm and every single piece was edited and reviewed by myself as well as the legal department and our nutrition team. The blog posts continue to be the highest organic traffic driver across the site, especially in relation to dairy-free and vegan milk substitutes.
